How do I use it?

Fill the chamber, press to release the warm mist, glide through your pet’s coat, then click to clear the trapped fur. That is it.

What do I put in the water chamber?

Plain water works great. You can also add a pet-safe leave-in conditioner or detangling serum.

How do I clean the brush?

Rinse the comb head under water and let it dry. Avoid submerging the motor housing.

Is it suitable for puppies and kittens?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. United States delivery takes 10–16 business days. Canada, UK and Australia take 12–20 business days. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan — that's normal.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to try PawMist. If it is not right for your pet, contact us for a full refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
