Is the steam safe and comfortable for my pet?
Yes. PawMist releases a light, warm mist — never hot — to gently relax the coat. The rounded silicone tips are soft on skin, so most pets find it soothing.
Does it work on both dogs and cats?
Absolutely — it is designed for both, and for households with more than one pet.
Does it work on long and short coats?
Yes. It gently detangles long coats and lifts loose undercoat from short-haired pets that shed year-round.
Will it really reduce shedding around my home?
The self-trapping comb captures loose fur as you brush instead of letting it float onto your sofa and clothes, so regular use means noticeably less fur around the house.
Is the massage gentle on sensitive skin?
The bristles are soft, rounded silicone — designed to massage and soothe rather than scratch, even on sensitive pets.
How is it powered?
It is cordless and USB-rechargeable — no batteries to buy.
How long does a charge last?

Using & care
How do I use it?
Fill the chamber, press to release the warm mist, glide through your pet’s coat, then click to clear the trapped fur. That is it.
What do I put in the water chamber?
Plain water works great. You can also add a pet-safe leave-in conditioner or detangling serum.
How do I empty the trapped fur?
One press retracts the bristles so the collected fur lifts away in a single clump.
How do I clean the brush?
Rinse the comb head under water and let it dry. Avoid submerging the motor housing.
Can I use the Bath Brush during bath time?
Yes — the PawMist Bath Brush has a built-in soap dispenser made for wet, sudsy washes.
Is it suitable for puppies and kittens?
Yes, with supervision. Start with short, gentle sessions to help them get comfortable.

Orders ship from our US facility.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–5 business days within the US after a 1-day processing time.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 nights to try PawMist. If it is not right for your pet, contact us for a full refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
