How to start a return

Email pawmists@gmail.com or call +1 (786) 607-0039 with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Condition

Items should be returned clean and in the condition they were received. If a product arrived damaged or defective, let us know and we'll make it right.

Return shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
