Orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Our products ship directly from our supplier partners.

United States: 10–16 business days from order date.
Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: 12–20 business days from order date.

During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated by email if anything changes.

United States
Standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is $15. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Canada, United Kingdom & Australia
International standard shipping is $9.99. Free international shipping on orders over $75.

All prices are shown in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee on international orders.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check your status on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan — that's normal.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always try to help.
